We seem to be becoming regulars here, we even have our own favourite nuclear medicine man (definitely a cool department to say that you work in methinks)…
Millie is becoming a superhero for someone who hates needles or the very thought of having an injection or an IV, she has overcome her fear so many times now I’m left staring in amazement. With the help of big sisters’ reassuring hand at every turn, bloods, contrast fluid IV’s, scans and tests all going well so far.

We got the giggles rather badly though during the lung function test, Millie got competitive with her own peak flow?! Happy to report a healthy set of lungs after all the huffing and puffing!

We were however not impressed with an alcohol wipe and polish prior to the ECG stickers being stuck on. The grumpier the better though I’d say. Situation normal 🙂
