A chemotherapy treatment plan feels a bit like you have jumped on an Intercity and have to grab things on the way to keep up. Haste seems to be the order of the day and the appointments are bursting out of the diary. So much so, we have bought a new diary and files just to keep the abundance of information in.

This was after one day…

Somewhere on the roller coaster, once we had accepted the shock of realising that treatment was going to mean losing hair, we decided to plan a photo shoot as soon as possible. One that was long overdue anyway as Millie had postponed a photo shoot present until her braces were removed. So off I went in search of someone to help on VERY short notice.

Thankfully the lovely people at Rommen Bravenboer Photography were able to help us to fit in a shoot the same week.

So after a morning of various hospital appointments, we drove to Rotterdam where Esther and Jeroen made a magical afternoon for Millie.
Hair, make-up, photo’s. Millie was in heaven!

The dog decided to join in too…

We’re a bit behind with everything so don’t have the final results yet – I’m excited to get them though once we’ve made a choice about which ones we like best!

What I can do is highly recommend these guys, they have gone out of their way to accommodate and help us.
